Lead and develop a team responsible for design, development, implementation, integration, and support of software solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architecture, Quality Assurance, Data Engineering, and IT leadership to deliver scalable, reliable technology solutions.
Establish technical standards and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions that enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.
Drive technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
