The position supports classroom, virtual, field-based, and self-paced learning, with travel as needed, in a hybrid Denver, CO setting. A high school diploma and 5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical or industry related experience.
• Experience developing and delivering employee training programs preferred.
• Certifications or coursework in adult learning, instructional design, training development, or related disciplines are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver technical training programs to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Design and create classroom, virtual, field-based, and self-paced learning materials.
• Deliver training through in-person, on-the-job, and Teams-based sessions.
• Assess training needs and partner with managers to close skill gaps.
• Support Operator Qualification (OQ) and regulatory training for compliance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide training resources and follow-up support to field personnel and partners.
• Apply best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
