Summit Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Specialist I to develop and deliver technical training programs across the organization.

You will assess needs with leaders and staff to improve performance, safety, and regulatory compliance, and support OQ and other mandatory trainings. The role is hybrid from our Denver, CO office, requiring strong communication, instructional design expertise, and the ability to manage multiple training projects while ensuring high quality learning

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication of technical concepts.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for varied group sizes.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs to improve performance, safety and compliance.
• Create classroom, virtual, field-based and self-paced materials and job aids.
• Deliver training via in-person, Teams, or other platforms while engaging learners.
