The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in Substation or Transmission sectors and strong skills in problem solving and communication. This position requires overseeing training materials and active participation in training events. The role involves hybrid working conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment like Buckets and Forklifts.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Must meet all requirements for obtaining OSHA 500 certification.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate training for New Hire Orientation and compliance training.
• Maintain training records for all classes.
• Administer the production of training materials and handouts.
