Qualifications

5+ years of related professional experience across recruiting.
Strong ability to influence hiring managers and collaborate at all levels.
Deep knowledge of local and national labor markets and diversity recruiting.
Experience with sourcing and relationship building with diverse organizations.
Familiarity with Workday and social media channels.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle recruiting for IT, data analytics, legal and finance.
Develop diverse candidate slates and coach managers to reduce bias.
Provide data insights to improve recruiting strategies.
