Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a senior IT leader to guide a team delivering clinical operations platforms and systems in a hybrid work environment based in Eagan, MN. You will partner with clinical operations, product, and IT to design, implement, and maintain compliant platforms, driving data-driven staffing models and improving efficiency across medical management applications.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive information technology experience with team lead or project lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team serving as a conduit between clinical operations, product, and technology to design, develop, implement, and maintain platforms, systems, applications and processes.
• Ensure platforms, systems, applications are reliable, compliant with industry standards and regulations, and continuously improved.
• Liaise with operations leaders and drive data-driven staffing models and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
