Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota seeks a proactive Account Advisor to retain and onboard less complex clients, coordinating with Account Advisors, Managers, brokers, and clients. You will support renewals, enrollments, and service requests while delivering strong customer experiences across employer plans.

Responsibilities include creating client communications, assisting in enrollment meetings, and maintaining Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience or bachelor’s degree in lieu of experience.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Overnight travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned health insurance clients; onboard new groups and retain existing business.
• Coordinate across internal teams to support account management, renewals, and enrollments.
• Provide administration and client communications, including materials for client meetings and broker events.
• Support enrollment platforms and prepare client communications and proposals.
