Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking an Account Advisor to onboard new groups, retain existing business, and resolve service issues. You will coordinate across internal teams for renewals and projects, support enrollment meetings, and help create client communications and materials.

The role requires building strong client relationships, leveraging BEN platform knowledge, and supporting broker and agent engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience or bachelor’s degree in lieu of experience.
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Overnight travel as required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned health insurance clients, helping onboard new groups and retain existing business.
• Coordinate across internal teams to support renewals, projects, requests, and updates in Salesforce; ensure smooth implementation.
• Provide administrative support and create client communications, educational materials, and support enrollment meetings and broker events.
