Qualifications

10+ years in field service or maintenance of centrifugal compressors or turbomachinery.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting.
Experience with SAP and CRM in oil & gas or process industries.

Responsibilities

Provide troubleshooting and technical support for centrifugal compressors and rotating equipment.
Document actions, perform root-cause analysis, and manage CRM tickets.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and vendors to resolve issues.
Identify opportunities to improve field service processes and training.
