Job summary

Madico is seeking a Technical Services Manager at its World Headquarters in Pinellas Park, FL. This hybrid role involves close interaction with sales teams, distributors, installers, and customers to guide product selection, installation, performance, and troubleshooting.

You will support product evaluations, training, and new introductions while collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing to drive improvements. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Three to five years of window film, glass & glazing, or window company industry experience desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Must be self-motivated and able to react and think quickly.
• Computer experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and support to customers, sales teams, and distributors by phone, email, or in person.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Sales to support product evaluations, training, and new product introductions.
• Manage technical programs and data, including energy analysis and NFRC data coordination.
• Develop training materials and instructions for customers and internal teams.
• Represent the company on technical committees and participate in process improvement and audits.
