Job summary

Our client, a multinational advanced chemical solutions company, seeks a Technical Services & Business Development Manager to join the team. This hybrid role focuses on delivering technical solutions across the Americas while driving growth in coatings and resins markets. You will collaborate with Commercial, R&D, and Operations to build customer partnerships, support product development, and identify new opportunities.

Applicants must be located in the U.S. and be authorized to work full-time.

Qualifications

Experience in technical customer service and business development.
Knowledge of resin chemistry and coatings applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and customized solutions to customers remotely and in-person.
Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers and strategic partners.
Identify new markets, customers, applications, and opportunities and drive projects from concept through implementation.
Support customer complaint resolution, root cause analysis, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.
Provide technical training, presentations, and support materials for customers, distributors, and the Commercial organization.
Collaborate with the Global Sales and R&D teams to support sales growth and contribution margin objectives.
Attend customer visits, conferences, and trade shows to develop relationships and gather market intelligence.
Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
