Job summary

Greenzie is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator in Atlanta, GA to join our team onsite/hybrid. This role focuses on helping customers successfully operate and maintain Greenzie-powered autonomous equipment in the field.

The ideal candidate communicates well, gathers data, and coordinates between customers, technicians, and Greenzie’s engineering team. The position emphasizes technical customer support, case management, and proactive ticket closure.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication with customers and technicians.
• Ability to gather data and translate information for engineering teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ownership of multiple tickets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers and dealers needing technical assistance with Greenzie equipment.
• Communicate with customers and dealers by phone, text, email, and support ticket.
• Ask troubleshooting questions, collect information, and escalate appropriately to engineers.
• Manage multiple open support tickets with clear ownership and timelines.
• Close tickets with verified resolution and proper documentation.
