Job summary

The Greentree Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (Back To Business I.T.) in Beavercreek, OH to schedule support work, dispatch field technicians, and maintain client relationships. This role is based at our Beavercreek office with a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT dispatch or related support, strong customer service and scheduling skills, and a degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3+ years in IT dispatch or similar support role.
• Strong client-focused mindset with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customer service and ticket assignment.
• Process service requests via email and phone.
• Manage tickets in IT Service Management platform.
• Monitor scheduling to ensure timely entry.
• Communicate proactively with customers on progress.
• Generate client service metrics reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
