Job summary

Formlabs in Berlin seeks a Technical Sales Representative to join the Direct Sales team onsite in Berlin. You will engage with prospective customers, consult on additive manufacturing solutions, and close opportunities using a solution-oriented approach.

The role requires a STEM degree, bilingual French and English (C1+), and strong communication with customers via phone, video, and email. You will be part of a fast-growing, globally impacting team with relocation support and extensive perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field.
• Fluency in French and English (C1 or better) is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; customer-focused and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and training in 3D printing, engineering problem-solving, and sales coaching.
• Consult and sell additive manufacturing tech using a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify sales leads and follow up on inquiries by phone and email.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and explore upsell opportunities.
• Represent Formlabs at trade shows and customer events.
• Collaborate with decision-makers to drive sales results.
• Become a knowledgeable advocate for Formlabs technology through hands-on product training.
