Qualifications

• 0-2 years of sales or customer support experience.
• Four year college degree.
• Technical affinity and knowledge of computer vision components.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software operating systems.
• Strong interpersonal communication and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales by managing existing accounts and pursuing new business through prospecting.
• Handle incoming customer support issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of Basler products, applications, and competitive offerings.
• Develop application knowledge to assist customers and sell Basler products and solutions.
• Identify target customers and viable projects to optimize time and resources.
• Distribute leads appropriately between Account Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Channel Partners.
• Collaborate with Partner Manager to ensure fair lead distribution among Channel Partners.
• Use Salesforce.com to keep customer and market data accurate and opportunities updated.
• Coordinate with Basler Americas and HQ in Germany for support as needed.
• Participate in tradeshows as required.
