• Willingness to own small projects and deliver results.
• Experience using AI tools to improve sourcing and candidate selection.
• Commitment to building diverse candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle requisitions across technical and cleared roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
• Lead a small project each year beyond your own requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP and documentation.
• Leverage AI tooling to enhance sourcing and speed.
• Collaborate with the VP of Talent Acquisition and Lead Recruiter.
