Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a contract Recruiter for a six-month assignment in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting across IT, engineering, supply chain, and finance, with an emphasis on software candidates.

Hybrid work is available (onsite three days, remote two) for local candidates, with strong pipelines and data-driven hiring practices. You will partner with leaders and HR to deliver effective recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting for IT/software roles.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including passive sourcing and pipeline development.
• Experience using ATS Avature or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to leverage labor market data and talent insights to shape recruiting strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with hiring leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end corporate recruiting process from intake to offers.
• Partner with hiring leaders to translate business priorities into recruiting strategies.
• Recruit across IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, leadership roles with emphasis on software candidates.
• Apply principled hiring practices to attract and select long-term value.
• Identify and attract passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Leverage labor market data and insights to inform decisions.
• Advise business partners on talent availability and hiring trends.
• Establish strong partnerships with hiring leaders and HR teams for smooth processes.
• Track recruiting metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
