Job summary

CODE Plus, Inc. is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to support federal and commercial programs from our Fairfax HQ.

You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 5–8 years of recruiting experience, knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, and a keen ability to manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, IT, engineering, cybersecurity, or government contracting.
• Experience sourcing for technical and professional services roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for technical roles.
• Create compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
