Job summary

Q2 is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to carry out Q2's Fraud Intelligence implementations for financial institutions. This person will interface directly with our customers, coordinate and execute technical tasks, and develop processes that inform and improve the onboarding experience.

You must be an effective communicator and a proactive self-starter who can operate effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with advanced degree or 5+ years with undergraduate degree in relevant field (e.g. technical project management, partner operations, or platform support).
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute high volume of customer implementations with FI coordination and product education.
• Maintain clear project timelines and issue tracking for forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for escalations, coordinating with engineering, support, and success teams.
