Job summary

Q2 is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to carry out Fraud Intelligence implementations for financial institutions. This role interfaces with customers, coordinates technical tasks, and develops onboarding processes.

Qualifications

3+ years with advanced degree or 5+ years with undergrad in relevant field.
Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to stay organized, prioritize, and multi-task in fast-paced environments.
Calm, diplomatic, and cooperative under pressure.
Experience creating client-facing docs and project materials.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zendesk or similar tools.
Familiarity with enterprise software architecture, SaaS, APIs, and integrations.
Fintech, banking tech, or developer-focused platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and execute a high volume of customer implementations with FI coordination.
Maintain FI project timelines, track issues, and inform forecasting.
Primary contact for escalations, coordinating with engineering, support, and success.
Design and execute implementation plans and deployment documentation.
Improve workflows and documentation to enhance efficiency and CX.
Communicate updates and recommendations across teams and leadership.
