Job summary

Advertising Specialty Institute is seeking a Technical Product Support Analyst to provide product support and training to distributors and suppliers, helping them use electronic and digital products to grow their businesses.

The role requires 2-3 years in technical support or customer service, strong data-entry skills, and proficiency with QuickBooks or similar software. Hybrid work model with in-office presence on Tue/Wed in Trevose, PA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Technical school certification is preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar financial software is preferred.
• 2-3 years of technical support or customer service call center experience is required.
• Proven ability to complete accurate data entry.
• Professional communication skills across phone, chat and email are required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email with timely, proactive and accurate troubleshooting.
• Promote self-service materials during support calls and emails.
• Provide training and recommendations related to new and existing products.
• Train members to use ESP and ESP+ platforms (Web, CRM, Orders, Mobile and Websites) for quick solutions, guiding them verbally.
• Aim for first-contact resolution and handle escalations when needed.
• Identify demand for new product features and submit recommendations to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
