Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 8 years of progressive software development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Proven track record leading large-scale projects in Fortune 50 or similar environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specs and leading agile teams.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
