Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, motivates, and mentors Team members to function as independent units.
• Monitors service desk processes and change management adherence.
• Provides technical direction and troubleshooting guidance.
• Oversees ticket assignment, documentation, routing and escalation.
• Mentors and trains team members.
• Manages team coverage, scheduling, overtime, vacation, and personal time off.
• Forecasts hardware and software needs with IT leadership.
• Assists with executive-level support and overall requests.
• Participates in acquisition and greenfield projects, including travel to branches.
• Provides KPI and metrics reporting to senior management.
