Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; evident leadership required.
• Min 10 years tech leadership, incl. 4+ years in enterprise finance/legal apps.
• Experience with financial processes, consolidation, planning, forecasting.
• Experience integrating financial apps with other business systems.
• Direct leadership at director level or higher across portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on strategic requirements.
• Develop and implement corporate systems plans within budgets and timelines.
• Apply AI-first strategy to automate enterprise apps.
• Oversee selection, integration, and support of corporate enterprise systems.
• Deliver secure, compliant, and resilient systems (SOX, data privacy).
• Build strategic vendor relationships and guide roadmaps and goals.
• Lead process improvements and talent development among reports.
