SRS Distribution - McKinney is seeking a Systems Engineer Manager to lead the IT Operations Service Desk, delivering high‑quality support to corporate and branch employees across multiple divisions. You will guide a team, manage schedules, and collaborate with IT leadership to forecast resources and drive improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive call center experience, and a track record of managing projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience/training.
• Minimum of 10 years’ Call Center experience preferred with strong IT fundamentals.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising and managing projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Service Desk Team to operate as independent units.
• Ensure compliance with Service Desk processes and Change Management policies.
• Provide technical direction and oversee ITSM ticketing, routing and escalation.
• Forecast hardware and software needs with IT Leadership.
• Assist with Executive-Level Support and branch-acquired projects.
