Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with deep experience in API development, EDI standards, system integrations and cloud-native architectures.
• Capable of balancing rapid delivery with long-term platform strategy.
• Focus on API-first approaches while supporting traditional EDI transaction models.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new partners/customers across API and EDI integration models.
• Act as the primary engineering leader supporting partner integrations with business, product, and partners.
• Translate partner requirements into scalable integration solutions balancing customization with reuse.
• Evaluate integration patterns: REST APIs, event-driven, EDI batch/file-based, hybrid.
• Own integration success from onboarding through production stability.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and integration apps for onboarding and growth.
• Implement EDI using ANSI X12 and EDIFACT; support 850/855/856/810/846 transaction sets.
• Ensure APIs align with Enterprise Integration Layer standards, observability and security.
• Develop patterns for real-time APIs, event-driven architectures, and EDI workflows.
• Drive fulfillment integrations, order-to-cash processes, and partner collaboration.
