Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred.
• 8+ years of legal or technical claims experience.
• Experience handling large exposure third-party liability claims on primary/excess.
• Significant knowledge of umbrella/excess handling and managing outside counsel.
• Strong independence and ability to excel with minimal supervision.

• Proactively handle Personal Umbrella Liability claims with detailed investigations.
• Analyze complex coverage issues and draft clear coverage letters.
• Conduct timely investigations into liability and damages to identify exposures.
• Focus on effective resolution strategies including reserves and liability determinations.
• Adhere to best practices in all claims handling activities.
