Qualifications

• Proven success recruiting hard-to-fill tech talent in competitive markets.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for niche technical roles across Networking, Software, Cloud, AI, Hardware.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent in competitive markets.
• Build pipelines for critical technical skill sets through talent mapping and market research.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and compensation strategies.
• Drive quality of hire, time-to-fill, candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
