Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an HR Business Partner for Networking Sales in a hybrid role, based in Texas. You will partner with L3/L4 leaders to translate business strategy into talent, organization design and workforce planning.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to drive leadership development, talent reviews and change initiatives while navigating a complex tech landscape. A strong HR background and strategic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

First-level university degree or equivalent experience; master's preferred.
Typically 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including consulting.
Knowledge of HR practices and program implementation.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to L3/L4 leaders to execute business strategy through talent and organization decisions.
Partner with HR COEs to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning and leadership pipeline discussions.
Identify talent risks and develop retention strategies; support leadership assessment and development planning.
Coordinate long-term workforce planning and resource allocation with analytics insights.
Support organizational design, change management and communication during transformations.
