Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Executive Talent Solutions Lead to act as a trusted advisor for VP+ leadership. You will drive assessment, coaching, leadership development, and succession readiness while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve scalability and stakeholder experience across executive talent programs.

The role partners with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to ensure programs are well-governed, clearly communicated, and aligned with business priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred. Typically 6+ years in talent management, HR, leadership development, assessment, or coaching.
• Experience supporting executive or senior leader populations.
• Experience leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve VP assessment processes, tools, and stakeholder experiences.
• Manage executive coaching practices across the VP+ population and coordinate coaching intake.
• Lead or support initiatives spanning assessment, coaching, leadership development, and succession readiness.
• Evaluate and apply AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience.
• Support design and delivery of executive education and development programs.
• Serve as a trusted resource to HR and business stakeholders on executive solutions.
