Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an HR Business Partner to serve two critical supply chain organizations in Texas in a hybrid capacity. This role partners with leadership to drive workforce, talent, and organizational effectiveness, enabling operational excellence.

The role focuses on business transformation and long-term growth for Global Manufacturing & Fulfillment and Networking Supply Chain, advising leaders, coaching executives, and ensuring compliance with local laws.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent; master’s preferred.
• Typically, 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including consulting.
• Strong communication, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local/regional labor and employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance to two key Supply Chain organizations for operational excellence.
• Partner with COEs and HR Services to align HR programs with business priorities.
• Support organizational effectiveness projects and change initiatives across the business.
• Coach senior leaders on talent management and strategic risk mitigation.
