Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the United States seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to advise L3/L4 leaders on talent, organization, culture, and workforce decisions. This hybrid role partners with Centers of Excellence to drive effectiveness and change management.

You will lead talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce analytics while supporting leadership development and retention strategies in a dynamic, global technology environment.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience, master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership & Leadership Coaching.
• Build deep understanding of business strategy, operating priorities, and organizational challenges.
• Translate business objectives into talent and workforce strategies.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, location strategy, and capability planning.
• Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership pipeline discussions.
• Identify critical talent risks and develop retention strategies; support leadership development.
• Support long-term workforce planning and resource allocation decisions using analytics.
• Lead change management and communication planning during organizational changes.
