Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Technical Support Call Center Rep in Scottsdale, AZ. The role combines 1 day remote work and 4 days in-office during training, with a $25/hr pay rate. Training is 100% on-site at first, followed by a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

Comfortable working with Chat, Email, & Phone.
Customer support, Email, Chat.
Tech support experience preferred.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
CRM and MS Dynamics familiarity.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain subject matter expertise of processes and solutions related to this role.
Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution and expediting correction or resolution.
Manage Salesforce Cases.
Meet personal/team performance targets around phone and case metrics.
Suggest process or performance improvements to the Support Manager.
Workload is 80% calls & 20% email/chat.
