You'll resolve customer issues via phone, email and chat, using Salesforce and CRM tools, and aim to meet personal and team targets. The role offers weekly pay and strong opportunity to convert.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support via phone, email or chat.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Stable job tenure in last 3 roles (15+ months).
• Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain subject matter expertise on processes and solutions.
• Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat by identifying causes and guiding resolution.
• Handle Salesforce Cases efficiently.
• Meet personal and team performance targets for phone and case metrics.
• Provide suggestions to improve processes to the Support Manager.
• Workload is approximately 80% calls and 20% email/chat.
