Job summary

TEKsystems in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Technical Support Call Center Rep to handle 80% calls and 20% email/chat. The role features a 1‑month training period, hybrid work (1 day WFH after training) and a contract-to-hire path with potential convert after 6 months.

Pay is $25/hour, with on-site during training and a modern Scottsdale office. The position offers weekly pay, and benefits upon conversion with a focus on MS Office, CRM tools, and Salesforce/ MS Dynamics experience.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with chat, email and phone
• Customer support experience with CRM tools
• Experience with Salesforce or MS Dynamics preferred
• Stable job history, last 3 roles for 15+ months

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain subject matter expertise of processes and solutions related to this role
• Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution and expediting correction or resolution
• Salesforce Cases
• Meet personal/team performance targets around phone and case metrics
• Send process or performance improvement suggestions to your Support Manager
• The work is broken down 80% calls & 20% email and chat
