TEKsystems is seeking a Technical Support Call Center Rep in Phoenix, AZ for a hybrid contract-to-hire role. The position pays $25/hour with 1 month of paid training and weekly pay. Expect 80% calls and 20% email/chat, and a training period on-site before transitioning to hybrid work.

Responsibilities include building product knowledge, resolving issues via phone/email/chat, managing Salesforce Cases, and meeting performance targets. 8-5, Mon-Fri schedule with benefits upon conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience handling chat, email, and phone support.
• Salesforce/CRM/MS Dynamics experience preferred.
• Stable work history; last 3 roles ≥ 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on processes and solutions.
• Process or performance improvement suggestions to Support Manager.
• Attend to Salesforce Cases and related CRM tasks.
• Work is approximately 80% calls and 20% email/chat.
