Responsabilités

• Provide technical case support (all channels) for Lien Perfect customers and internal CSC teams.
• Collaborate with development, QA, PM, and product teams to support quality software.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.
• Document all customer issues in the CSC case tracking system.
• Provide appropriate solutions to customer inquiries.
• Review knowledge base solutions to ensure quality.
• Develop proficiency in all Lien Perfect products from a technical perspective.
• Perform release testing for product releases and prepare for new releases.
• Assist on various projects as assigned.
• Learn new technology and test internal efficiency solutions.
• Demonstrate exemplary ethical conduct.
• Coach and mentor more junior team members.
