Job summary

Kinective, Gilbert, AZ-based, is seeking an Associate Software Support Specialist to troubleshoot products and guide financial institutions through resolution. You will own cases from triage to closure, working with clients, teammates, and third-party teams in a hybrid setup with 3–4 days in the office.

The role emphasizes strong communication, Salesforce expertise, and knowledge of SQL, networking, and Microsoft environments to deliver high-quality support and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT, customer service, or banking experience.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and triage inbound calls, emails, web requests, and chats.
• Create and manage Salesforce cases with timely, courteous communication.
• Troubleshoot enterprise solutions including SQL databases and Microsoft products.
• Test products and share feedback to improve quality.
• Follow procedures and participate in after-hours support rotation.
