Job summary

Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team in McLean, VA. This hybrid, full-time role requires on-site attendance every Wednesday and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen.
• 2+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with ATS (Workday, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
• Knowledge of IT, cybersecurity, or technical recruiting concepts.
• Ability to assess resumes against technical requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
• Identify and engage candidates for IT, Cybersecurity, and other technical positions supporting Federal Government contracts.
• Conduct resume reviews and candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, technical experience, certifications, and alignment with position requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Prepare candidate profiles and resumes for presentation to hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within SmartRecruiters and other recruitment systems.
• Support proposal and business development recruiting efforts when required.
• Coordinate with HR regarding offer letters, onboarding activities, and new hire orientation.
• Coordinate with security personnel regarding clearance requirements and candidate processing.
• Assist with employee referral program initiatives.
• Represent Link Solutions at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Utilize social media and digital recruiting strategies to enhance employer branding.
• Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers, candidates, universities, and recruiting partners.
