Link Solutions Inc. seeks a Junior Recruiter to join the growing Human Resources team in McLean, VA. This hybrid role requires on-site attendance in McLean every Wednesday and offers full-time employment with a compensation range of USD 55,000–USD 60,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Experience sourcing and screening IT/cybersecurity or technical roles
• Familiarity with multiple ATS platforms
• Foundational IT/cybersecurity knowledge
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake to onboarding
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, and job boards
• Screen resumes and assess qualifications against requirements
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and assist with offers and onboarding
