Job summary

QBE North America is seeking a Project Manager to define, plan, manage, and deliver small to medium business and IT projects to achieve desired business results within specified time frames.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply PLC and SDLC methodology, advise the business on delivery strategies, and build strong relationships with customers while working in a hybrid setup across Fargo ND, Ramsey MN, Council Bluffs IA and Eau Claire WI.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience managing short-term projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on delivery strategy and plans.
• Maintain work practices following project management policies to increase efficiency.
• Support planning and implementation of complex initiatives using PM methodologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to minimize risk.
• Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver diverse and complex projects.
