Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst for a hybrid role based in the United States. You will lead multiple IT projects from initiation through post-go-live, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of ERP/CRM/SaaS initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT project management, experience with enterprise implementations, and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. PMP or similar certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise application implementations and SaaS projects.
• Experience managing external vendors and global stakeholders.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Develop and maintain project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Establish governance structures and conduct stakeholder reviews.
• Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
• Facilitate change management and adoption activities.
