Job summary

QBE North America is seeking a hybrid infrastructure implementation role serving the Madison, Wisconsin area with offices in Ramsey, MN and Fargo, ND. The role requires being in the office 3 days per week to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver infrastructure solutions.

The position supports gathering requirements, defining user needs, and implementing continuous improvement across infrastructure technologies.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with information security awareness and controls.
• Hands-on IT infrastructure experience across compute, storage, networking, and cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Elicit infrastructure requirements and develop implementation plans.
• Translate infrastructure needs into actionable processes and define user requirements.
• Document impact of change and maintain requirements artifacts.
• Collaborate with SMEs to establish the technical vision.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support end-users with documentation and understanding of requirements.
• Contribute to a positive, diverse work environment.
• Assist in implementing infrastructure technologies and solutions.
