CSX Technology is seeking a Technology Leadership Development Associate for its 12‑month program designed to develop future technology leaders within the organization. The LDA will work full-time, participate in orientation and career development, and contribute to innovative applications and tools that support CSX growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/4-year Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related major from an accredited institution
• High School Diploma/GED with IT-specific certifications
• 2+ years of experience in Information Technology/Transportation/Intermodal Operations, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities

• Placed with a technology team based on skills and active initiatives
• Support design, development and delivery of technology initiatives across teams
• Collaborate with Applications Development, Product Management, IT Operations and DevOps as needed
• Contribute to sustainable software and process improvements across programs
