Job summary

CSX Technology invites high-potential graduates to join the Leadership Development Program as a Technology Leadership Development Associate (LDA). You’ll rotate through teams to gain exposure to Applications Development, Product Management, Data Science, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and IT Operations while contributing to high-impact projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IE or related field (accredited).
HS Diploma or IT certs acceptable with relevant IT/ops experience (2+ years).
Experience with agile environments and software development practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

Contribute to technology initiatives within CSX teams.
Engage with product management, development, and operations to deliver secure, scalable software.
Participate in orientation and career development activities to grow leadership capabilities.
Collaborate across teams to drive innovation and value delivery.
