Job summary

Compeer Financial is seeking a Team Leader for Solutions and Data Management to supervise the Home Solutions and Data & Reporting teams across multiple locations. You will guide system configuration, prioritization, and coordination of technology priorities for Compeer Home’s suite.

You will oversee BI and day-to-day data analysis and reporting to support compliance and business outcomes. The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional communication, and proficiency in loan origination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in business/management or related field.
• Experience with loan origination systems and appraisal reporting.
• Experience with loan origination products, setting roadmaps and strategy.
• Advanced consumer lending experience in financial institutions.
• Knowledge of federal/state laws and compliance in financial services.

Responsibilities
