Compeer Financial, a member-owned cooperative serving Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin, seeks a senior leader to oversee Home Solutions and Data and Reporting. You will manage BI, reporting, and system configurations, guiding project priorities for the technology suite and ensuring compliance across lending operations.

The role emphasizes leadership of a remote team, development of staff, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, management or related field.
• Experience with loan origination systems, appraisal reporting, and credit underwriting and title principles.
• Experience with loan origination suite, including setting roadmaps, strategy and direction.
• Advanced-level experience in consumer lending in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations and compliance in the financial industry.
• Leadership to supervise remote team members and drive results.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with CRM and data reporting tools.
• Familiarity with accounting/finance principles and lending compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Home Solutions and Data and Reporting teams.
• Oversee system configuration, enhancements, and project prioritization.
• Manage BI and reporting to support the Home department and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead mortgage price desk function.
• Hire, develop, coach, evaluate, and train department staff.
