Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, agribusiness or related field or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level experience in agriculture or financial services.
• Advanced leadership and management experience.
• Strategic thinker with ability to drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales leaders responsible for developing new loan and lease business and cross-selling products.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies within the region.
• Promote a client-focused, team-based sales approach and build strong client relationships.
