Job summary

Compeer Financial in the United States (WI/IL/MN) is seeking a senior leader to supervise the Home Solutions and Data & Reporting teams. You will oversee system configuration, project prioritization, and coordination across the technology suite for the Compeer Home department.

You will guide business intelligence and reporting, ensure compliance, and lead the mortgage price desk function, while nursing a culture of collaboration and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, management or related field.
• Prior experience with loan origination systems, appraisal reporting and credit underwriting.
• Prior experience with loan origination suite of products, including setting roadmaps, strategy and direction.
• Advanced-level experience in consumer lending in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations and compliance requirements for the financial industry.
• Leadership skills to manage remote teams and mentor staff.
• Strong listening and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with client service, problem solving and decision making.
• Familiarity with accounting and finance principles and consumer compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations in reporting and review functions.
• Leads data sourcing for market intelligence and sales leads, and reviews compliance across lending regulations.
