Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Partner for Private Client Services (PCS) to lead complex advisory and compliance engagements for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses. You will guide a team, originate opportunities, and enhance client relationships while contributing to firm leadership and innovation.

The role emphasizes thought leadership, technology adoption, and mentoring within a collaborative, award-winning culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• CPA or JD licensure required.
• 15+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Partner or Director-level role at a public accounting firm.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and engagement leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax compliance and consulting engagements for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.
• Provide partner-level review and sign-off on federal, state, and local returns.
• Proactively advise on tax planning opportunities and regulatory changes.
• Expand client relationships and deliver value beyond compliance.
• Drive business development, originate opportunities, and cultivate a sustainable book of business.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and delivery of high-quality service.
• Mentor and develop senior professionals; contribute to firm leadership.
• Lead special projects, thought leadership, and technology initiatives.
